DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wtih the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SAQMMA12R0175 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This is a set-aside for Women Owned Small Businesses. The Department of State's, Bureau of International Information Programs, Office of Written Content (IIP/WC) is soliciting proposals for conversion of books and other print publications into eBook formats, in accordance with the attached solicitation and Statement of Work.
