While BIg Business discriminates against its women workers, it's just one more way that they undercut the "competition" meaning women-owned small businesses!
Between 1997 - 2007, the number of women-owned firms grew by 44% (and you could be one of the women who left Corporate America in search of women friendly benefits) but our receipts dropped to 3.95%. But Corporate Giants receipts grew by 16% - and there is no coincidence. Big business has had plenty of advantages from tax advantages to paying women less than their male counterparts.
So if you are ready to level the playing field for careerists and women business owners - ACT NOW! The vote is scheduled for early this week but keep the pressure on!
