Imagine a world where there is parity – there is fair pay across the board and women have equal access to contracting opportunities and lending.  Imagine a world where the “good old boy” network is inclusive of women.

Well women – we can make change!  This world of our imagination can become reality.  But each of us must take responsibility for seeing it through. We must become a united front and take action accordingly. We must speak the same language.  We must act to protect our interests. And we must stand strong.

As leaders, you gain access to opportunities, including business and influence. And you become an invaluable member of your community.

Women, you must become actively and visibly engaged as leaders within your industries, your communities and your organizations. You become role models for our daughters and our daughters’ daughters. And you will change the world!

The U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce’s strategy to the advance economic status of women includes positioning women as leaders. If you are willing to step up and take a lead, we invite you join the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce leadership team.

To get involved, please join us for an 8-hour USWCC Leadership Training (found at the meetings link).  Once graduated, you will be welcome to join the monthly USWCC Leaders’ Circle, and be invited to take an active role as a USWCC Leader with opportunities such as leading a USWCC Network or Group, testifying before congress, speaking to the media and providing presentations.
