Leadership You Are the Leaders: Own Your Future The leadership of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce starts with you – the individual. While, the USWCC provides a large regional and national force – ultimatley, you are the leaders of our community. Your day to day ownership of this great effort provides the leadership of the women's economic movement. At the national level, Margot Dorfman serves as the CEO of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce (see Ms. Dorfman's biography below). She works side by side with other national and local leaders to advance economic security and opportunity for women.
The U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce works directly with local organizations and leaders to bring about economic progress through the USWCC | Women's Financial Center. These centers provide the education and resources necessary to assure all women have the opportunity to grow their businesses and careers, make good financial decisions, and prepare for a secure retirement. USWCC | Women's Financial Center leaders are a very, very select group of professionals and regional leaders including financial experts, business development and career experts, legal experts, and leadership development experts. If you would like to be part of a USWCC | Women's Financial Center in your region, please contact us. The USWCC regularly holds Economic Opportunity Forums in local communities to engage and advance the economic opportunities for women in the region. And, we also facilitate the Small Business Contractors' Forum (with our partner, the National Procurement Council) to open the doors to government and corporate contracts for women business owners. As a founder and CEO of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Dorfman has championed opportunities to increase women's business growth, career and leadership advancement.
