I enjoyed the "Creating a Winning Capabilities Statement" session. We were given a very focused approach for presenting our business capabilities, which started with critical fundamentals. I especially appreciated the breakdown of the 10 ingredients and the distinction between federal versus state and local jurisdictions capability statements.
