Certifying as a women-owned business is an important step in the federal procurement process.  Getting the right information before you start can save you time and money.

Join the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce for an overview of the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contracting Program. This meeting will provide an overview of the WOSB/EDWOSB program, a detailed review of the USWCC WOSB/EDWOSB certification process, the next steps to ensure access to our fair share of federal contracts and a walk-through of the USWCC Third-Party Certification process.

Shelby McCollough serves as the Member Services Coordinator for the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce® (uswcc.org). In her current capacity, Ms. McCollough handles a host of complex issues associated with chamber operations, including member relations and ED/WOSB Certification intake. Shelby has a background in business administration and customer service. She is also a licensed para-professional with the public school system, where she was responsible for educational needs and other required support for special needs students.

Charmagne Manning is a nationally recognized small business advocate with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, public service, and nonprofit leadership. As President of The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce, she drives efforts to expand federal contracting access and economic opportunity for small firms. Her cross-sector background includes construction, hospitality, and municipal services. Formerly President of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, she has led national initiatives to advance policy reform and certification access for women-owned businesses. Known for her strategic leadership and operational expertise, Manning remains a trusted voice for equity and economic empowerment in the small business community.
