Federal & State Small‑business Certifications

Small-business certifications open doors to billions of dollars in contracting opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels. This master course walks business owners through the four SBA federal certifications—8(a), WOSB/EDWOSB, HUBZone, and Veteran (SDVOSB/VOSB)—with detailed eligibility requirements, required documents, application portals, and recertification processes.

The course also introduces participants to state-level programs such as DBE, MWBE, HUB, SBE, and SWaM. A 50-state quick finder tool is provided.
